Mr. Timothy F. Meeker has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the President and Principal at Meeker and Associates. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Development at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 1996 to 2002. Mr. Meeker also served as Vice President of Sales for Bristol-Myers' Clairol Division from 1989 to 1996.

Mr. Julien R. Mininberg has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Kaz Inc from 2010 to 2014. Mr. Brian Grass has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Interim Chief Financial Officer of Helen of Troy. He also served as Chief Financial Officer at the company from 2014 to 2022 and served as assistant CFO from 2006 to 2014. He worked in public accounting at the renowned firm KPMG.

Ms. Noel M. Geoffroy has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, she served as the President of US Frozen Foods. Prior to this, she served as the Head of North America Consumer Healthcare at Sanofi S.A in 2019. She also held several leadership roles at Kellogg Company from 2012 to 2018

Ms. Tessa N. Judge has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the General Counsel in 2018. She also served as an attorney at the international law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Ms. Judge joined the company in 2015 as Assistant General Counsel.
