Mr. Richard Qiangdong Liu serves as the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2022. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Jingdong Technology Holding Co Ltd, and the Chairman of JD Health International Inc. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of JD Logistics, Inc.

Ms. Sandy Ran Xu has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at JD from 2020 to 2023. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from June 2020 to May 2023. Earlier, Ms. Xu served as an audit partner and worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP, Beijing office and PricewaterhouseCoopers, San Jose office. Currently, she also serves as a Director of Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd.

Mr. Ian Su Shan has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2023. He also serves as the Chief Climate Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of JD Logistics from May 2022 to April 2023. Previously, Mr. Shan served as a Managing Director of Lavender Hill Capital Partners from January 2021 to November 2021. He also worked in the TMT Group of the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. from 2015 to 2019.

Mr. Chengfeng He has been the Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he held several senior management roles in public affairs and media, business management. He joined the company in December 2018.

Ms. Pang Zhang serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since December 2020. Prior to this, she held multiple key roles including within CEO's office of JD.com, and JD Retail and JD Digits business groups. Currently, she serves as a Director of JD Technology.
