Mr. Rafa Oliveira has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since November 2024. Previously, he served for 10 years at The Kraft Heinz Company. Prior to this, Mr. Oliveira held several senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs Group including Executive Director in the Securities Division in the UK and the Emerging Markets Division in Hong Kong.

Ms. Yang Xu has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Swiss-based Straumann Group. Previously, she spent more than 5 years with the Kraft Heinz company as Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Development and Global Treasurer and was a member of the company’s Executive Committee. She has 20 years of experience in finance, strategy, operational and commercial functions. Her career started with General Electric Healthcare in Europe.

Mr. Ricard Barri Valentines has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as a Global Category Director of Instant & Liquid Coffee.

MR. Johan Van Gossum is the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Prior to this, he worked for various assignments across Europe and the United States at Accenture. Previously, Mr. Johan has worked at various leadership positions across Human Resource, Finance, Sales, M&A, IT, VP FP&A, VP People Continuity, VP Global Transformation and VP People Europe/ International at ABinBev.

Mr. Khaleed Rabbani is the Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer of the company. Prior this, he worked as the General Counsel, Head of Compliance and interim Company Secretary at Majid al Futtaim Holding in Dubai, UAE. He has worked for Legal and Corporate Affairs in The Netherlands, United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Singapore.
