Mr. David W Heinzmann has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since January 2017. Previously, he has served as a Director at Gentherm Inc.

Ms. Meenal A Sethna has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since March 2016. She joined the company in 2015. Prior to this, Ms. Sethna spent four years at Illinois Tool Works as the Vice President and Corporate Controller.
