Mr. Gordon Hunter has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as a Director of the company from 2002 to 2003, Chief Operating Officer from 2003 to 2005, and President and Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Intel communications group, and General Manager, optical products group at Intel Corporation from 2002 to 2003. He also served as the president of Elo TouchSystems and Vice president of commercial electronics and various sales, marketing, engineering and management positions at Raychem Corporation. He was also a Director of Veeco Instruments, Inc. and CTS Corporation.

Mr. Gregory N. Henderson has been serving as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of the Automotive & Energy, Communications, and Aerospace Group and Vice President of the RF and Microwave Business at Analog Devices, Inc. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of the RF and Microwave Business for Hittite Microwave Corporation. Mr. Henderson also served at Harris Corporation, Tyco Electronics, TriQuint Semiconductor and IBM.

Mr. Abhishek Khandelwal has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IDEX Corporation from 2023 to 2025. Prior to this, Mr. Khandelwal served as Chief Financial Officer of Multi-Colour Corporation from 2022 to 2023. Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CIRCOR International from 2020 to 2021. He also served as Vice President of Finance Operations and Treasury at IDEX Corporation from 2010 to 2020.

Ms. Anne-Marie D’Angelo has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since April 2026. Previously, she was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, Ms D’Angelo served as Chief Legal and Government Affairs Officer at Molson Coors Beverage Company. Earlier, she was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at NiSource. She also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc., and also worked at McDonald’s Corporation.

Ms. Maggie Chu has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company 2021. Previously, she served as the Human Resources Director for the Energy and Transportation segment at Caterpillar, Inc from 2018 to 2021. Earlier, she served for General Electric in various global human resources leadership positions at General Electric.
