Earlier, he served as an executive for 12 years in Microsoft’s online businesses as General Manager, Commerce Services, and MSN Business Development.

Ms. Anne Saunders has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2022. She serves as a Director of the company since 2012. Prior to this, she also served as a Director for the WD-40 Company in 2019. Previously, she served as the U.S. President of NakedWines.com from 2016 to 2017 and the U.S. President of FTD, Inc. from 2014 to 2016. She also served as the President of Redbox from 2012 to 2014. Earlier, she also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Knowledge Universe from 2009 to 2012. Ms. Saunders served as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Bank Executive from 2008 to 2009 and Senior Vice President of Brand Executive, at Bank of America Corporation from 2007 to 2008. She served as a Director of Blue Nile, Inc. from 2006 to 2007. Previously, she held several positions at Starbucks Coffee Co., including Senior Vice President of Global Brand from 2001 to 2007. She also held executive and senior management positions at eSociety, AT&T Wireless and Young & Rubicam.

Ms. Aina Konold has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she held several executive-level finance positions at Gap Inc, including senior leadership roles over financial planning and analysis, real estate strategy, and investor relations. Earlier, Ms. Konold served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gap Inc.

Mr. John R. Goelz has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at the company in 2021. Prior to this, he led various departments including planning, sourcing, quality, distribution and logistics. He also served as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Master Lock Company from 2015 to 2021.

Ms. Becky L. Alseth has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the General Manager Direct to Consumer and Vice President of Marketing at the company in 2020. Prior to this, she held senior marketing and branding positions at Fortune 500 companies, including Avis Budget Group and The Clorox Company, Diageo and Nestle. Earlier, she also led marketing at Ritchie Bros.
