Mr. Mark Parker has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2006 to 2020. He also served in several leadership roles of the company, including President of the NIKE Brand, Vice President of Global Footwear, General Manager, Vice President and Divisional Vice President. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of The Walt Disney Company. Mr. Parker joined the company in 1979.

Mr. John J. Donahoe II has been the Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Chairman of PayPal Holdings, Inc. Previously, he served as the Directors of ServiceNow from 2017 to 2020, and Intel Corporation from 2009 to 2017. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at ServiceNow Inc from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Donahoe served as the President and Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2015 and President of Marketplaces from 2005 to 2008 at eBay Inc. Earlier, he worked as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director from 1999 to 2005 and Managing Director from 1992 to 1999 at Bain & Company.

Mr. Matthew Friend has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as the Vice President of Investor Relations at the company from 2019 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the NIKE Brand in 2016. Mr. Matthew also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Global Categories, Product, and Functions, Chief Financial Officer of Emerging Markets and Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and Development at the company. Earlier, he worked as the Vice President of Investment Banking and Mergers and Acquisitions at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

Ms. Ann Miller has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer of the company for past six years. Previously, she served as the General Counsel of Converse. Ms. Miller also worked at Sullivan & Cromwell. She joined the company in 2007.

Mr. KeJuan Wilkins has been the Chief Communications Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Enterprise Communications of the company. He also led communications for Nike’s North America geography and Jordan Brand. Earlier, he held various positions in the athletic footwear industry and with the New York Knicks. Mr. Wilkins joined the company in 2006.
