Mr. Ranjit Rath has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the company since August 2022. Prior to this role, he served as Chairman cum Managing Director of Mineral Exploration & Consultancy Limited. Earlier, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Khanij Bidesh India Limited; Managing Director of Bharat Gold Mines Limited and also held additional charge of the Director General of Geological Survey of India under Govt. of India.

Mr. Amit Saran has been the Chief Vigilance Officer of this company. Prior to this, he had been instrumental in design validation and field testing of a variety of Rolling stock of Railways and Metro rail systems in Research, Design and Standards Organization. He has dealt with issues of Aluminium sector and International Cooperation in Mining Sector Moreover in Ministry of Mines. Previously he was also engaged in administrative matters of Geological Survey of India, Indian Bureau of Mines and National Aluminium company. He had also been instrumental in formulating the National Non-Ferrous Metal Scrap Recycling Framework in 2020.

Mr. Harish Madhav has been the Director of Finance in the company since 2019. Prior to this he served as a Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance of OIL . Previously, he was Executive Director of Finance at the company’s Corporate office and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before joining OIL, he had also worked with Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd. Mr. Madhav has more than 30 years of experience in oil and gas industry in both upstream and downstream sectors.
