Mr. Marco Tronchetti Provera has been the Vice Chairman of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company; Deputy Chairman of Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A from October 2008 to October 2017; as the Chairman of Telecom Italia S.p.A from September 2001 to September 2006; Director of Teatro alla Scala from October 2001 to September 2005 and Chairman of Il Sole 24 Ore from December 1996 to September 2001. Mr. Tronchetti also serves as the Chairman of Marco Tronchetti Provera & C. S.p.A. and Director of RCS MEdiaGroup S.p.A.

Mr. Andrea Casaluci has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Operations of the company from 2018 to 2023; Executive Vice President of Business Unit Prestige, Chief Operating Officer Europe and Head of Original Equipment; Chief Operating Officer of Europe and Chief Executive Officer of Italy; Chief Commercial Officer of Asia & Pacific from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Casaluci also held various roles at Pirelli including Demand Planning and Pricing Manager, Head of Product Marketing and OE Aftermarket from 2013 to 2015; Logistics Manager of the Business Unit Moto from 2011 to 2013; Marketing Director for Spain & Portugal from 2008 to 2011; Head of Demand Planning and Key Project Consulting.

Mr. Fabio Bocchio has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Director of planning and controlling at the Benetton Group and as the Chief Financial Officer of Prysmian Group for the North American region. Mr. Bocchio also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pirelli UK and as the Chief Financial Officer of the LatAm Region.

Mr. Pierangelo Misani has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Research & Development at the company. Mr. Misani also served as the Head of the Business Unit Moto; the Director of Research and Development and Chief Operating Officer at the motorcycle business unit.

Mr. Pier Paolo Tamma has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer of the company since July 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer for Vodafone Italy from 2016 to 2018; Chief Information Officer for Sky Italia from 2013 to 2016; and Head of IT Broadcast, Advertising & Digital Development in Sky Italy from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Tamma also served as the Client Solutions Director Telco, Media & Entertainment of EMC2 from 2005 to 2008 and held other positions at Accenture.
