Mr. Carlos Abrams-Rivera has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the President of the company in 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and President of North America in 2021 and U.S. Zone President from 2020 to 2021. He also served as the Executive Vice President and President of Campbell Snacks from 2019 to 2020 and President of Campbell Snacks from 2018 to 2019 at Campbell Soup Company.

Mr. Andre Maciel has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the company since 2022. Previously, he held several leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, U.S. Chief Financial Officer and Head of Digital Transformation of the company from 2019 to 2022. He also served as the Managing Director of Continental Europe, Chief Financial Officer of U.S. from 2017 to 2019, and Head of U.S. Commercial Finance from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, he served as Head of U.S. Commercial Finance for the H.J. Heinz Holding Corp.

Ms. Kathy Krenger has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Communications from 2019 to 2021, and Vice President of Global Communications from 2017 to 2019 at Hyatt Hotels Corp. She also served as an Executive Vice President and General Manager of US Food Sector Lead at Edible Inc from 2014 to May 2017. Previously, Ms. Krenger worked as an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Global Client Relationship Manager of krispr communications from 2011 to 2013. She served as the Deputy General Manager, Executive Vice President of Brand Marketing/Communications from 2005 to 2011, Vice President, and Group Manager from 1998 to 2004 at Edelman. She also worked with Burson-Marsteller from 2003 to 2004, Kellogg's Cereal City USA from 1997 to 1998, Six Flags Great America from 1995 to 1997, Hyatt from 1992 to 1995, and Ticketmaster Entertainment LLC from 1989 to 1992.

Ms. Melissa Werneck has been the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Global Human Resources, Performance and Information Technology of the company from 2015 to 2016. Previously, she served as the Head of Human Resources, Performance and Information Technology at H. J. Heinz Company from 2013 to 2015. She also served as the Chief People Officer, and Vice President of Performance Management from 2010 to 2013, Senior Director of People and Performance Management from 2009 to 2010, and Senior Manager of People and Performance Management from 2007 to 2008 at America Latina Logistica S.A.

Ms. Rashida La Lande has been the Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer, Chief Sustainability and Corporates Affairs Officer, Executive Vice President, and General Counsel of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Secretary from 2018 to 2022, and Head of ESG and Government Affairs of the company from October 2018 to December 2021. She also served as the Senior Vice President and Global General Counsel from January 2018 to December 2021. Previously, she served as a Partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 2007 to January 2018.
