Mr. Kevin Engel has been the chief executive officer, president and director of the company since January 2026. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from February 2025 to December 2025. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Business Units from February 2023 to February 2025. He also served as Corporate Vice President, Flip Chip/Wafer Level Business Unit from January 2020 to February 2023. He also served as senior Vice President of Bump Services from August 2016 to January 2020.

Ms. Susan Y. Kim has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Vice Chairman from August 2020 to October 2024 and as Vice Chairman of the company from May 2020 to August 2020. Earlier, she served on numerous boards of directors, including the National Constitution Center, The Franklin Institute, the Gesu School, The Shipley School, and EB Games.

Ms. Megan Faust has been the chief financial officer, treasurer and executive vice president of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller of the company. Previously, she served as an auditor with KPMG LLP. She also served on the board of directors of Rogers Corporation.

Mr. Farshad Haghighi has been the Executive Vice President, and Chief Sales Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing of the company from October 2021 to August 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Vice President of the West Region Sales of the company from March 2018 to October 2021. Earlier, Mr. Haghighi also held various senior level positions of the company including Corporate Vice President of U.S. Fabless Sales from January 2011 to March 2018, and Senior Vice President of Western Sales from 2010 to 2011.
